Front End Load Container Enclosure Requirements
PAD
While not mandatory in all cases, pads must meet minimum inside dimensions of 12’ wide and 12’ deep. Constructed of 3000 p.s.i. concrete, the pad should be steel-reinforced and 6” thick. The top of the pad must align with ground level, featuring a concrete apron at least 4’ long.
SPACE FOR TRUCK OPERATION
Front-loader trucks, carrying commercial waste containers, measure approximately 32’ in length. They require a vertical clearance of up to 22’ when dumping the container. Ensure that no vehicles obstruct the container on scheduled pickup days.

Sanitary Disposal rents, sells and services compactors for business. If your waste stream is high-volume but low density – like that of a grocery store of hotel – a compactor may help your business significantly reduce the frequency of your commercial waste collection (and the cost of service). In fact, depending on the materials, four to five times as much waste can be handled with a compactor system from Sanitary Disposal.
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental
Pro Star Waste offers commercial and residential roll-off service for a wide variety of construction, demolition, special events and other cleanup needs. Our drivers, operations and sales teams work diligently to provide the best roll-off service for our customers. Roll-off service is available up to 5 days a week.

Please note: Please do not over-fill roll-off containers as they must be level across the top. The maximum load weight limit for the roll-off container is ten (10) tons or 20,000 pounds of material. If a customer loads more than ten tons into the roll-off container, that customer will be responsible to offload the container in order for Sanitary Disposal to haul off the load safely.
